New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
22.The department shall, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of P.L.1987, c.333 (C.13:1E-177 et seq.) L.1987,c.333,s.22; amended 2002, c.105, s.5.
