15.
a.Any person who supplies any information which proximately results in the arrest and conviction of any other person for the illegal treatment, transport, storage or disposal of low-level radioactive waste shall be awarded one-half of any penalty collected as a result thereof.
b.The Attorney General shall adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement this section. L.1987,c.333,s.15; amended 2002, c.105, s.4.
