§ 13:1E-147 — Solid Waste Services Tax Fund.

12.The Solid Waste Services Tax Fund is established as a nonlapsing, revolving fund in the Department of Environmental Protection. The services tax fund shall be administered by the department and shall be the depository for the revenues generated by the solid waste services tax levied and imposed pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1985, c.38 (C.13:1E-138), and any interest earned thereon. No later than 30 days following the effective date of P.L.2007, c.311 (C.13:1E-96.2 et al.), the remaining moneys in the services tax fund shall be appropriated to the State Recycling Fund established pursuant to section 5 of P.L.1981, c.278 (C.13:1E-96).
