§ 13:1E-13 — Tax exemption
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
All property acquired or utilized by the department to implement the provisions of this act shall be exempt from all taxation, State and local. L.1970, c. 39, s. 13, eff. May 6, 1970.
