§ 13:1E-128 — 2 Disclosure, submission requirements.

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
2.Notwithstanding any provision of section 2 of P.L.1983, c.392 (C.13:1E-127) or section 3 of P.L.1983, c.392 (C.13:1E-128), or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, to the contrary, a business concern that is a secondary business activity corporation which is listed in the disclosure statement of an applicant or a permittee as required pursuant to P.L.1983, c.392 (C.13:1E-126 et seq.), and that is not the applicant or permittee, shall not be required to disclose or submit any more information than that which is required of a secondary business activity corporation that is an applicant or a permittee, as provided pursuant to paragraphs (a) through (h) of subsection e. of section 2 of P.L.1983, c.392 (C.13:1E-127), and, as applicable, subsections b. and d. of section 3 of P.L.
