The Clean Air Council, together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is continued, transferred and constituted the Clean Air Council in the Department of Environmental Protection. This act shall not affect the terms of office of the present members of the council. The members of the council shall continue to be appointed as provided by existing law. c. The Clean Water Council, together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is continued, transferred and constituted the Clean Water Council in the Department of Environmental Protection.
