§ 13:1D-34 — Monthly bulletin
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The commissioner shall publicly distribute, at least monthly, a bulletin, listing the pending applications for construction permits and the status of the review of those applications, including decisions thereon. L.1975, c. 232, s. 6.
