§ 13:1D-18 — References in laws, regulations, contracts, etc.; to other agencies

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
With respect to the functions, powers and duties hereby transferred to the Department of Environmental Protection, whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the Department of Conservation and Economic Development, or the commissioner thereof, the same shall mean and refer to the Department of Environmental Protection and the Commissioner of Environmental Protection, respectively. With respect to the functions, power and duties of the Department of Health and the commissioner thereof, which are herein transferred and vested in the Division of Environmental Quality established hereunder, whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document or otherwise, reference is made to the Department of Health
