3.No later than 120 days after the effective date of this act, the department shall publish and maintain on its Internet website a list of overburdened communities in the State. The department shall update the list of overburdened communities at least once every two years. The department shall notify a municipality if any part of the municipality has been designated an overburdened community pursuant to this act. L.2020, c.92, s.3.
