1.The Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall periodically study the availability and efficiency of blue roofs and green roofs as stormwater management tools, and make, as necessary and as appropriate, recommendations to the Governor that will help foster and maintain efficient and effective stormwater management in the State. L.2015, c.20, s.1.
