Text

1.With regard to any permit defined pursuant to section 1 of P.L. 1991, c.417 (C.13:1D-114), and notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the Department of Environmental Protection may allocate from those permit fee revenues otherwise authorized such sums, not to exceed $700,000 annually, as are necessary to cover the reasonable cost of administering, staffing and equipping the department's permit management staff. No fee shall be increased to compensate for any allocation made pursuant to this section. L.1993,c.9.
