§ 13:1B-70 — Repeal
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
Sections 12:9-1, 12:9-10 and 12:10-1 of the Revised Statutes are repealed. In addition thereto, all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with any of the provisions of this act are, to the extent of such inconsistency, hereby repealed. L.1948, c. 448, p. 1847, s. 121.
