§ 13:1B-49 — 2 Water supply advisory council.

18.
a.There is established in the department a Water Supply Advisory Council which shall consist of eleven members appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. Each of these members shall be appointed for a term of three years, provided that, of the members first appointed by the Governor, three shall serve for terms of one year, two shall serve for terms of two years, and two shall serve for terms of three years.
