§ 13:18A-54 — Rules, regulations

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS

5.The commissioner, in consultation with the Pinelands Commission, may adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement this act. L.1995,c.232,s.5.
