4.No action may be taken pursuant to this act unless it is consistent with section 502 of the "National Parks and Recreation Act of 1978" and conforms with, and furthers the purposes of, the comprehensive management plan for the pinelands area adopted pursuant to section 7 of P.L.1979, c.111 (C.13:18A-8). L.1995,c.232,s.4.
