§ 13:18A-49 — County authority unimpaired

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS

Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit or in any other way interfere with any county carrying out functions substantially similar to those described and authorized herein, exclusive of State financial assistance. L. 1985, c. 310, s. 20, eff. Aug. 28, 1985.
