§ 13:18A-46 — Exercise of authority
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The county board shall exercise the authority delegated to it by the board in a manner prescribed by rules and regulations adopted by the board. L. 1985, c. 310, s. 17, eff. Aug. 28, 1985.
