Text
The board may delegate any authority granted it by this act to any county which creates a county board pursuant to the provisions of this act if: a. The commission has approved the master plan for the county; b. The governing body of the county has requested that this delegation be made; and c. The governing body of the county can demonstrate that it has the financial resources necessary to meet the obligations of this delegation. L. 1985, c. 310, s. 15, eff. Aug. 28, 1985.
