Any person desiring to secure a loan using a pinelands development credit as collateral may apply to the board for determination of eligibility for a pinelands development credit guarantee. The board shall notify the applicant of its decision within 30 days of its receipt of the application. L. 1985, c. 310, s. 8, eff. Aug. 28, 1985.
