§ 13:17-94 — Annual report.
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
8.The trust shall report annually to the Governor and the Legislature of the State of New Jersey as to its activities during the preceding year, together with any recommendations or requests the trustees deem appropriate to further the purposes of the trust. L.1999,c.31,s.8.
