§ 13:17-86 — Payment of expenses
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this act shall be payable from funds provided the commission therefor, and no liability or obligation shall be incurred by the commission hereunder beyond the extent to which moneys shall have been provided therefor. L.1968, c. 404, s. 84.
