New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
This act, being necessary for the welfare of the State and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect the purpose thereof. L.1968, c. 404, s. 82.
