§ 13:17-62 — Applicability of laws relating to assessment and taxation of real and personal property
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The laws relating to the assessment and taxation of real and personal property shall apply to all constituent municipalities unless otherwise specifically provided in this act. L.1968, c. 404, s. 60.
