8.The department shall have the authority to sell, lease or exchange any lands or any interest therein, except those lands or interests acquired pursuant to the Green Acres program, for the acquisition of any other lands or interests therein for incorporation into the State park and forest system. Any such sale, lease or exchange shall be executed in accordance with P.L.1993, c.38 (C.13:1D-51 et al.). L.1983,c.324,s.8; amended 1993,c.38,s.8.
