Text
The department shall: a. Provide recreational activities and programs within State parks and forests for the benefit of the State's citizens; b. Strive to provide recreational opportunities to all segments of the State's population and may provide transportation for urban residents to the State parks and forests; c. Conduct and promote cultural activities, such as plays, movies and exhibits, at State parks and forests and at other locations throughout the State; d. Prepare and implement a master plan and a management plan for each State park and forest. L.1983, c. 324, s. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 1983.
