§ 13:1E-107 — Limitations on claims
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
Claims against the fund shall be filed within 1 year of the date of discovery of damage, and in the manner as shall be prescribed by the department. L.1981, c. 306, s. 8.
