Text
Lands acquired by the State pursuant to this act shall be acquired by the commissioner in the name of the State. They may be acquired by gift, purchase or otherwise on such terms and subject to such conditions and restrictions as the commissioner, after consultation with the council, may determine. L.1961, c. 51, p. 526, s. 6, eff. June 3, 1961.
