Text
1.Within the Department of Environmental Protection there shall be a Division of Parks and Forestry. The division shall be under the immediate supervision of a director, who shall be a person qualified by academic training and at least 7 years of responsible professional experience in the management of public parks, forests, and outdoor recreation facilities to direct the work of such division.
