Text

Within 10 days of receipt of any application for a conveyance or lease, or any extension thereof, the council or its staff shall send a copy of the application and all material submitted therewith to the Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission, if said application pertains to lands within the district; the Department of Transportation; the Department of Community Affairs; and the Department of Environmental Protection and other interested governmental agencies. The council shall take no action on such application until receipt of the recommendations of said commission and departments and agencies regarding the application or for 45 days, whichever occurs first.
