§ 13:18A-29 — Liberal construction

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS

The object, design and purpose of this act being the protection of the pinelands area and the resources thereof, this act shall be liberally construed. L.1979, c. 111, s. 28, eff. June 28, 1979.
