Text
Notwithstanding the provision of any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, no constituent municipality shall pay out or receive a meadowlands adjustment payment for any adjustment year in which its municipal equalized valuation per capita, as defined in section 1 of P.L. 1978, c. 14 (C. 52:27D-178) and as certified by the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs exceeds $1,000,000.00. L. 1989, c.26,ss.4,5.
