The South Jersey Port Corporation, a body corporate and politic, established pursuant to P.L.1968, c. 60 (C. 12:11A-1 et seq.), together with all of its functions, powers and duties, is hereby transferred from the Department of Environmental Protection to the Department of Labor and Industry. L.1976, c. 130, s. 1, eff. Dec. 21, 1976.
