Text

The South Jersey Port District is hereby created and shall embrace the counties of Mercer, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland and Cape May and all the lands and waters in the Delaware river and bay contiguous thereto, subject to the right, title and interest of the State in and to the lands under the waters of the Delaware river and bay. L.1968, c. 60, s. 4, eff. June 13, 1968.
