§ 12:11A-26 — Liberal construction
New Jersey·Title 12 COMMERCE AND NAVIGATION
This act, being necessary for the welfare of the State and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes thereof. L.1968, c. 60, s. 27, eff. June 13, 1968.
