11A:7-5. The department, through the Division of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action, shall: a. Ensure that the pool of applicants for all vacant positions in State agencies includes minorities, women, and persons with disabilities so that affirmative action goals are attainable through agency selection decisions; b. Undertake a comprehensive review of its rules, regulations, and testing procedures in order to amend or eliminate those which serve to discriminate against minorities, women, and persons with disabilities; c. Ensure that selection devices do not discriminate against minorities, women, and persons with disabilities; d.
