11A:2-5. Compensation. A commission member, other than the chairperson of the commission, shall receive a salary as fixed by law and shall also be entitled to sums incurred for necessary expenses. The salary of the chairperson shall be determined by the Governor. Amended 2008, c.29, s.5.
