11A:2-4. Removal of a commission member other than chairperson of the commission. A commission member other than the chairperson of the commission may be removed from office by the Governor for cause, upon notice and an opportunity to be heard. A commission member removed from office shall be entitled to receive compensation only up to the date of removal. Amended 2008, c.29, s.4.
