§ 98-F:1 — State Employee Appearances Before the Legislature
New Hampshire·Title VI PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Ch. 98-F STATE EMPLOYEE APPEARANCES BEFORE THE LEGISLATURE
State employees appearing in their official capacity before any legislative meeting or hearing for the purpose of promoting or opposing, directly or indirectly, any legislation pending or proposed before the general court shall wear their employee identification badges.
