§ 94:8 — Administrators of State Institutions; Held Harmless for Certain Acts

New Hampshire·Title VI PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Ch. 94 COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN STATE OFFICERS
If any administrator at Laconia developmental services, New Hampshire hospital, New Hampshire Veterans' home or the Glencliff home is sued by a resident or his legal representative on the grounds that he has not been compensated for services rendered in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Public Law 93-259 , as now in effect or as hereafter amended, the attorney general shall defend the action and if a judgment is rendered against the administrator it shall be paid by the state.
