§ 9:26-a — Prohibited Changes
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 9 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS; REVOLVING FUNDS·Subdivision Regulation of Certain Payments and Expenditures
No change shall be made in the plan, location, or design of a project in the capital budget after the project has been approved and funds appropriated, unless the change is ratified by the capital project overview committee.
