§ 674:50 — Remedies for Violations
New Hampshire·Title LXIV PLANNING AND ZONING·Ch. 674 LOCAL LAND USE PLANNING AND REGULATORY POWERS·Subdivision Historic Districts
In case of the violation of any ordinance or regulation made under the authority conferred by this subdivision, the historic district commission, in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such violation.
