§ 669:53 — Penalty for Violations
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 669 TOWN ELECTIONS·Subdivision Special Provisions for Partisan Ballot System
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person who shall swear falsely in making oath under the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of perjury and punished accordingly.
