§ 669:50 — Filing Nominations; Certificate of Regularity

New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 669 TOWN ELECTIONS·Subdivision Special Provisions for Partisan Ballot System
In filing nominations with the town clerk, the presiding officer of the caucus shall certify that the caucus was called and conducted according to the provisions of this subdivision. If nominations are not accompanied by such certificate, they shall not be placed upon the official ballot.
