§ 669:39 — When Held
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 669 TOWN ELECTIONS·Subdivision Special Provisions for Partisan Ballot System
Any caucus held for the nomination of candidates for town officers shall be held not later than the sixth Friday before the town election at which such officers are to be elected.
