§ 669:29 — Application of Statutes
The procedure for absentee voting in town elections shall be the same as in state elections as provided in RSA 657:2, 657:6, 657:7, 657:8, 657:12, and 657:14 through 657:24. With respect to the provisions of RSA 657:19, absentee ballots shall not be required to be sent to absent uniformed services voters or absent voters temporarily residing outside the United States at least 45 days prior to town elections, but shall be sent by the clerk as long before election day as is practical.
