§ 667:7 — Eligibility
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 667 CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTIONS AND STATE PARTY CONVENTIONS·Subdivision Filing: Constitutional Conventions
Any person who by the laws of this state is a qualified voter in the town, ward, or unincorporated place from which he may be elected is eligible to be a delegate to the constitutional convention.
