§ 659:92 — Canvass; Publication
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 659 ELECTION PROCEDURE·Subdivision Canvass and Declaration: Presidential Primary Election
When, for each political party having an official presidential primary election ballot, the secretary of state has received the returns for the office of president from all towns and wards in the state, he shall examine, record and total such returns, which shall be a matter of public record.
