§ 659:54 — Immaterial Defects
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 659 ELECTION PROCEDURE·Subdivision Processing Absentee Ballots
No absentee ballot shall be rejected by the moderator for any immaterial addition, omission, or irregularity in the preparation or execution of any writing or affidavit required herein.
