New Hampshire Statutes
§ 659:26 — Voters Not Readmitted
No voter, other than an election officer, whose name has been checked on the list by ballot clerks shall be allowed to reenter the enclosed space within the guardrail during the hours of polling except as provided in RSA 659:20.
