Text
The voter shall mark and deliver the ballot without undue delay and shall leave the enclosed space within the guardrail as soon as he or she has delivered the ballot to the moderator or fed their ballot into the electronic ballot counting device in accordance with RSA 659:23. Except as provided in RSA 659:20, no voter shall be allowed to occupy a voting booth or voting privacy screen already occupied by another voter nor be allowed to remain within the enclosed space more than the time determined by the moderator.
